Beautiful newly opened property, very close to a couple of subway stations for easy access. The staff are all wonderful and very nice. Just don’t stay with anyone you don’t mind seeing shower through the frosted glass wall from the bed area! Lol. Otherwise, would definitely stay again!
Walking in from the cold, greeted by friendly staff and the offer of cheesecake bites and a glass of bubbles. Yes, please! Bed was comfortable, room felt both hip and clean, and food was pretty solid in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Very easy walk over to Brooklyn Paramount if you are staying in area to hit a show. Also very easy access to public transit.
I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, which is something I always pay attention to. The room and bathroom both met that standard and felt well taken care of. Check-in was smooth. The digital key made everything quick, and the staff walked us through the process clearly. They answered all my question and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. The room works well for one person or a couple. It felt comfortable and had a slight luxury feel without being over the top . Noise was not an issue. At most, I heard light movements like a chair, but nothing that affected my sleep. The location is also a plus. It is close to Downtown Brooklyn and the Barclays Center area, which is convenient if you have plans there. There is a resturant in the hotel that I heard good things about, and there are plenty of food options nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again!!
Very nice hotel, conveniently located close to Barclays center. I recommend the restaurant for breakfast and happy hour. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
Very clean room and friendly staff. There aren’t any amenities, no gym or pool, and the HVAC is too loud to make the rooftop terrace enjoyable.
But incredibly easy access to the subway and Manhattan was fantastic to have.
I know it's only been open for a couple of months and I'm sure they have a few glitches to work on. My only complaint was the under bed and under sink motion lights that came on at night every time you moved... it was horrible.
I had a terrible experience because the bedding was down feathers which caused me to have an asthma attack induced by allergies. When I asked the front desk for new bedding, they sent a queen size comforter for a king size bed. They also sent down pillows again. I gave up on pillows and slept with towels. It was not what I was expecting when I booked into a Hyatt.
