The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, just as described! No complaints about that. However, the hosts' communication from the beginning was poor and vague. I had specifically asked about storing our luggage when we arrived early in the morning (before our check-in time) and in the afternoon (after we checked out). My decision on where to stay was based in large part on this, simply because we needed a place to store our luggage as our flight times didn't line up exactly with check in and check out times. The host, once he finally got back to me, told me "not to worry" and that this was a service they could provide. I asked a couple of times just to make sure. Long story short, it took almost two hours for the host to reply to my message once we arrived. I had to wait in a nearby coffee shop until I heard from him. Even then, they told me it wasn't a problem, but check-in wasn't until three. .. Almost like I had never asked them about it. On the day we left, even after almost 24 hours of trying to get a straight answer out of them, they told me I could store my luggage, but there would be a 50 fee! If they had told me about this from the beginning, I would have known and been happy to pay for the service, but they DID NOT. Not only that, but they asked for it in cash, and asked for it off the VRBO platform. At that point, I felt very uncertain about leaving my things, but had nothing else to do with them. Nice place, but won't do again.
