"The hotel is centrally located. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. Despite being centrally located and fully booked the rooms were quiet. I’ve read about the line ups at check in, but they had amble staff, it’s just NYC. The hotel had issues with the elevators so there was often a lineup in the evening when returning to our room. Be aware of the hidden costs the hotel charges, it is not the prices quoted on Expedia. After booking and after the non-refundable deadline we got an email regarding extra fees. Over all we enjoyed our stay."
"Needed better lighting for putting on makeup in the mirror. And this is the first time I’ve never had a fridge or a microwave in the room. For as much as we paid, that should have happened. Also, nothing on tv is watchful. You should have news channels and some good movies. A guide would be nice, too."
"Although the room was small, as a single traveller, it was fine for me. It was clean and housekeeping did a good job. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing I didn’t like was I wasn’t allowed to sit on the terrace to have a chill out and read, unless I bought something from the restaurant."
"Very close walking distance to take the train station of 42nd Street and buses, Times Square, 5th Avenue, Madame Tussaud’s Museum, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Empire State Building and Bryant Park. Also close for shopping and eating. By train you can visit Battery Park, Wall Street, lots of museums. Quiet place and clean rooms every day. Check-in and Check-out is fast."
