Room was small but very neat and clean, huge bathroom. Very comfortable. Only bad thing was there is no parking or valet parking. The front desk said there is available free parking across the street but it was extremely full, even double parked so we had to park several blocks away.

The room was generally fine, and the toilet and bathroom were clean. However, during the six nights we stayed, the floor was not swept, and we had to shake our feet before getting into bed. Unfortunately, during room cleaning, the bag, box, and receipt from a purchase I made of Dr. Martens boots were removed. This was a very disappointing experience and shows a lack of care for guests’ belongings.

The hotel itself is nice, the room is pretty big and so is the bathroom. The location is convenient in that you can easily access Manhattan, but the area surrounding the hotel is very industrial and a bit sketchy.

Tiny room for resting in between trips into the city. No amenities to speak of, but there's a 24hr minimart at the end of the block. Clean and modern.

The beds are super hard and have plastic matress covers. It was like sleeping in plywood covered with a tarp. The pillows were maybe 2 inches thick and offered zero support. I went to the desk to ask for more pillows the desk attendant said that house keeping had left and he had no access. He handed me two towels and told me to usenthose as pillows? The hotel is pretty well maintained and staff are friendly enough. They really have to do something aboyt the bed and pillow situation.

I think this hotel is genuinely very good value for money, its super close to a station that takes you directly into central. The area isn't the best, but I found it to be perfectly safe (maybe because I'm from West London). The staff were really nice. The air con and heater worked well. Ashraf from the morning shift was really nice and helpful, he was super accommodating and tried his best to help.
