スタッフはみなとても親切でした。 チックイン前、チエックアウト後も、荷物を預かってくれたので、時間を有効に使えました。 ホテルからハイヤーサービスもあり、３人ではタクシーを利用するよりも安かったので、利用しました。 定額で、キャッシュレス決済もできるので、助かりました。

たまたまエレベーター2機のうちの１つが修理待ちでかなり詰まっていたのが残念でしたが、それ以外は快適でした。部屋も清潔ですし、従業員も皆親切でとても良かったです。立地もミッドタウンの真ん中でどこに行くにも便利です。また泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel cancelled our reservation without any communication because we are pate for our check in and went after 12am. They did not provide another room as well as they charged a penalty for not showing up. The receptionist behaviour was extremely rude and he was not helpful at all. I would suggest travellers to avoid this hotel. I have stayed at Hilton in multiple cities and locations, but this particular branch is not up to the Hilton standard.

This property was very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. The area around the property was dirty and noisy, but it looked like everywhere else in NYC. The facility and staff were excellent, though.

Everything was perfect! Each day our bed was made and we had fresh towels when we came back to the hotel from our outings.

I paid $500 for a room as big as a postage stamp. They were supposed to have room service. They did not have room service. I had to order the stuff myself and go downstairs and get it. It was very overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is in very good condition, the service quality from the staff is great, the water pressure of the shower is refreshingly strong and the location is convenient — two blocks from Times Square and a block from the subway station. Also, the pizza place across the street serves great pizza.

Great location to numerous sights and plenty dining options. Staff was accommodatng and our request was handled immediately. Rooms are clean with amemities as coffee maker, moni fridge and microwave. Alsp complementary coffee offered in the lobby in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Locatie is voortreffelijk. Op loopafstand van veel attracties. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was schoon en werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en van nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken voorzien. Het ontbijt was voor een 4 sterren hotel aan de matige kant. Opvallend weinig keuzemogelijkheden, beslist niet royaal te noemen.

The location is good in Time Square, close to Broadway and public transportation. It offers free coffee and hot cocoa which are great in early May. The hotel is outdated, the rooms are small and the restroom fan not working.
