This property uses stock images from their brand and the property is not reflective of those images. Place was dirty and smelt like weed in all the hallways. The room was very dated and did not even have a coffee pot. When I asked for one, I had to go back down to the front desk as the first one they gave me did not work. In addition they advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast. They had hot water, coffee, and oatmeal packets. There wasn’t even bowls for the oatmeal. You had to use coffee cups. I will not stay here again.

Daily Parking fee instituted
The hotel stay wasn’t as nice as the year before. It was more crowded than before. And the daily rate is too high for the current low ambience of the hotel.

We love staying here! Staff is always helpful and courteous. The internet has been their only bug since 2020; it never works or works at snail like speed. The rooms are always clean, warm or cold depending on how you need them to be; plenty of appliances, dish racks, pans- whatever you need they will provide. Carlos the manager runs a great staff!

Roaches Staff was cool but both rooms had roaches, moved from one to the other (roaches were there right as we walked in) and the other room had more in the bathroom when we came back that night.

I love the property and enjoy staying here often times.... my only dislike is the $20 overnight parking fee. That is absolutely insane, for a hotel in a empty area.... but no street parking. This is just another way for the hotel to squeeze more money from us.

The property was better than I expected. They had on sight parking and Yes, I had to pay for it, but it's NewYork so it's expected. The property provided things like cups plates, bowls pots, so I was able to cook during my stay (no charge) making it a lot more convenient for me. The only semi-negative comment I have was that sometimes it was hard to reach someone at the front desk but it wasn't too bad overall 8.5 out of 10 for this property.

The desk staff member on duty on Sun4/23/23 when we checked in was extremely HELPFUL - a piece furniture was missing (I.e. sofa chair) and quickly got one for us. We were grateful.

The staff here was very friendly. But as soon as we walking into the hallway to get to our room they was a terrible smell. We thought maybe it was food smell but then we got into the room and dam it stinks. Very bad very bad smell. Thank god it was only for one night. I don’t think I would book with them again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the issue i was bothered with was not enough kitchen wear had wait 2 days to get them and by parts. Other issued i had was that my key card kept been deactivated many times. Also found under the bed , sunglasses, chocolate wrap and hairs on the bed. Need more detail cleaning. Advise if a guest stays longer keep in minds they do need stuff for the kitchen to cook. Do not make them wait. Other then that it would off been great.
