The hotel is right below the flight path of jets. Its a very very noisy location given its proximity to the airport. I barely slept. If you dont mind the noise, then its ok

There is a $100 deposit that you get back, which is understandable, but nowhere does it say that except at the counter when you check in. This is really unfair, there should be a warning or it should be in the advertisement to book a room. I did not have the money required and was given difficulty trying to check in. They did eventually let me check in, considering how much I paid for the room in the first place, and when I was able to get the $100 I went and paid it. Hopefully I will get it back in a few days. It was quite upsetting and absolutely unreasonable that this wouldn't be anywhere else as a warning. Decent hotel, good room, surprise check-in fee awful.

Was disappointed that the 'included breakfast' was just a bag of something? And was no longer available when we returned from the Dunkin donuts, even though it was still early. Other than that, the room was fine. Even though the area looked a little 'sketchy', there were all kinds of people walking about, and felt safe.

I’m a NYC resident, I had an early morning flight and wanted to be very close to the airport. This place is excellent for someone who wants to stay at a clean place close to the airport w easy transportation . They offer airport shuttles and free breakfast. While this is not the same caliber as the Peninsula, it’s efficient, clean, and friendly.

I would never stay here again. Especially for the cost. Ended up in a basement room that was tinier than the pictures. Staff were pretty disinterested and advertised parking was 10 spaces so no space when we got there.

Convenient to LaGuardia airport. Provided a nutritious bag breakfast included in the price. Staff were polite and professional. They also provide a shuttle to LGA. Our room was close to the front desk and was very noisy, all night long. Shuttle to airport (3-4 minutes) was dirty with many stains on the seats. Driver was very polite and professional.

The shuttle service does not run between noon and 4pm. However, there is a LaGuardia bus stop 5 minutes from the front door if you have a 3:30 flight like I did. Also, be aware this hotel is directly in the path of runway 22, so it can get loud when the planes are landing.
