「We were a group of 16 with one wheel chair person and people from all around the USA. Matt was great to communicate with. :-). He was responsive and fast. Place was as advertised. It's a great 80's retro place. There is some deferred maintenance but it did not interfere with our stay. 「I rented this house with my husband, his sister, and her husband, to attend a special family event. This house was in a perfect location for us, and had plenty of room for both couples. It's beautiful finished and furnished, with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. And we loved that it was supplied with local soap and lotion, a bottle of wine, Easter flowers, and everything we needed for breakfast: bread, egg, bacon, coffee, and cream! 「Perfect location with CVS right around the corner and Giant Eagle close by. Plenty of street parking. First floor bedroom has it's own bathroom (shower was a bit weird being so small). Small bathroom for visitors behind the front door was a bonus. Second floor bathroom is newly renovated (beautiful). Fully stocked with everything you need. Very spacious. 「We had a great time at Erela's place! There were three of us, including my 6 year old granddaughter. There were plenty of kid's games and books for her to enjoy. There is freeway noise at the house, but it actually made for good sleeping, and their neighborhood is very peaceful- incredible that it is just 3 miles from the 2 major universities and many museums. 「にわかに運び込まれたらしい冷蔵庫と電子レンジは、誇りだらけ。しかも電源がつながっていない。差し込み口を探したが、既にタコ足配線で差し込める余地が無い。フロントに尋ねると、「部屋には行けないから、ロビーの電子ﾚﾝｼﾞを使え。」の一点張り。冷蔵庫と電子レンジをリクエスト出来ると云うのでこの宿に決めたのに。他にも、到着時、上の部屋の大騒音に驚いてフロントに尋ねると「私には〇〇できない。」と素っ気ない。仕方なく、自分で様子を見にゆくと、工事中で、作業をしていた人が「夜には家に帰るから問題ない。」との事で安堵。ベッドや水回りはまあまあだったが、建物全体に非常に古くて、あちこちメンテナンスもれが不快だった。」
