"Very clean environment "

"Room to my surprise looked Great! The beds clean, the floors redone, slept Great! I had no issues with the room whatsoever. The breakfast was pretty basic but happy it wasn’t just bagels and coffee. The servers for breakfast were truly sweet and wonderful. The front desk was my biggest issue. They seemed very distracted too many times. Very unprofessional. Roger your bus transportation SUPER cool guy, very friendly and definitely knowledgeable. Thanks Roger. Lastly, I received a $100 charge that was never told to me I would be charged for and the hotel is not responding to my messages. Definitely pay cash, this seems like one of these hotels that take your CC and adds charges without notifying you about it. Might need to reach out to the BBB about this extra charge."

"Airport shuttle and Port shuttle was convenient. Room was not as clean as other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. The room had fleas. Unfortunately got bitten. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The front desk staff were kind and efficient. The room was clean but the bathroom was not cleaned properly and had hair all over. The bathroom water is yellow which I guess is currently a Fort Lauderdale issue. There is a quick efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise port. The cruise shuttle is $20 per person. FLL airport is a nightmare but the shuttle driver will be in contact to do pick up. "

"Beautiful room on 8th floor. Friendly staff. Restaurant open times and food quality are lacking, however. Fortunately there is an excellent seafood restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Shuttle to cruise ship seemed expensive. Complimentary shuttle to airport was great, though."

"Very clean property, friendly staff, really good buffet breakfast, and close proximity to the airport. In addition it was a good location to pick up little things you may need from.the shopping center that is a few minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was an older hotel but still nice. I like the size of the bathrooms. I guess the only negative I would have to say is that the outlets don't hold any kind of plug and so with all the devices everybody has these days it was hard to find plugs that would actually charge different items. The accessibility for our overage in devices is definitely out of date. The staff was beyond a 5/5 in kindness!"
