Top New River Community Park Hotel Reviews
Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale, Curio Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Great propery, beautifal grounds and surroundings"
Hyatt Place North Scottsdale
8/10 Good
"The property was very nice, very clean, great breakfast with different options daily, the ladies working at the breakfast area were very accommodating and helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Stayed 4 nights, and the room was only serviced once on the 3rd day, but did get clean towels daily and trash was also taken out daily as well, didn't like that we had to pay for parking with a nightly charge, and at night time a/c seemed to be turned off and room would get a bit stuffy, we would turn down the temperature to 70 and it wouldn't turn back on until the morning around 8 or so which we would have to raise the temperature back up to 74 or it would get too cold."
Spark by Hilton Glendale Phoenix North
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice stay. Only odd thing is there were no drawers nor closet doors in our room. Breakfast was pretty good."
Home2 Suites By Hilton Phoenix North Happy Valley
8/10 Good
"Large rooms. Quiet."
WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Phoenix - N. Happy Valley
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and having in room laundry was very helpful for our weeks stay. The staff were the BEST, friendly and helpful at every turn! We will definitely stay here again! (Note for GCU families, on the map this hotel seems a little farther from the university but it’s a straight shot down the Hwy and as fast as going across town. I recommend, particularly if you are staying for more than a night or two.)"
Extend-a-Suites Phoenix

"It was great"
Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley
10/10 Excellent
"Not only did they have a complementary breakfast, as many hotels do, but they also had a complementary dinner! And also with three drink coupons per person! I had to have them repeat that to us twice when checking in, as I was so surprised! Both the breakfast and dinner were very good. Above average quality food. The serving staff were all very cheery and friendly. We will definitely be staying at Drury properties in the future."
