An absolute gem!

The house was perfect - lovely furnishings and decor, comfortable beds, modern kitchen, and all very clean. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood with stores and cafes close by. Our host was super easy to reach and very responsive. Would definitely consider staying again.

Fabulous authentic NOLA stay

We enjoy staying in local neighborhoods and making our way around by public transit (great way to learn the city) and this spot was perfect. There's a cute little corner with multiple businesses just a two block walk away...cafe, wine shop, grocery, and excellent food. Beautiful and quick walk into City Park and the museums. And very easy bus ride into all the more tourist-y neighborhoods. Also. The house itself is so charming; decor is spot on and we found so many fun NOLA pictures, paintings and books to inspire our trip. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend.

A beautiful home and great location!

Me and my best friends stay here to celebrate my 25th birthday. The location was perfect- so close to city park and all the fun on esplanade. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time :)

My family and I are born and raised CENLA natives, so we’ve been to New Orleans more times than I can count. This stay, however, made this visit the best one yet. The property itself is a gem and the location is ideal. It felt like a home away from home. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Wonderful Family Getaway

My family enjoyed our stay here! Communication with the host was returned quickly, he answered all of our questions and made sure we had what we needed. Check in was quick and easy, the house was impeccably clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and despite street parking we never had difficulty finding a close spot to park. There's even a board in the kitchen where guests can see take out menus from the area and add their own suggestions. It was the perfect size for us and provided a great space for our quick getaway. We loved that it was so close to the park and children's museum. Definitely recommend!

We chose this property because of it's location which was closest to everything we wanted to do, City Park with it's paddle-boat rentals and giant oaks, and Lake Lawn cemetery. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to the quarter and lakefront. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very nice. We walked to get coffee and great Italian food. The property was very clean. A shotgun style home is not for everyone but we adjusted well. Even though the home does not have a washing machine, the nearby laundromat can wash, dry, and fold usually on the same day. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Sweet spot

This space was absolutely perfect for a little getaway. The house is adorable and well designed, and super comfy! The location is also really close to everything. Cale was an awesome host and an excellent communicator. I found myself just wanting to move in and stay--I loved vibe of the space so much. Will def stay here if I come back to New Orleans!
