「The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem. The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. The 2 bedrooms had double and king size beds and third bedroom had 3 large single beds. All the people in our party of 6 liked the house. From the house, all the site seeing...

「Beautiful little house right in the heart of Poole old town would definitely stay again! The quay is less than 5 mins away with boat trips to Brownsea island and out into the bay a beautiful place」

「The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. 「The house was clean, well equipped, and in a great location for exploring Poole and the surrounding areas. Communication was fast and helpful - recommended.」

The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the...

「Fantastic base for getting out and around Dorset and Poole. Shops within a 10 minute walk. The house itself is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. Communication with owners was quick and easy.」

「Lovely, new clean house. Great location. Would happily return.」

「We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!」
