"Paints pealing off most ceilings, shower curtain was missing, no washcloths….had to go get them, floor was grimy, some of the outlets didn’t work, breakfast was worse than minimal. Had to ring at front desk to get service, no one for service at breakfast so what was put out at 6 am was what was left at 9, and some mornings things were gone or really picked over. Hotel has really declined since we started staying there."

"The staff when we first arrived were so friendly. Room was decent, though there was a large gap in between the door and the frame. Things went downhill our second night there. We were placed on the main floor, down from the lobby. At around midnight, we heard a large amount of people talking loudly. My husband went to the front desk to learn that an engagement party was being held in the meeting room next to our room. Their solution was to close the door to the meeting room.
