Okay, but not great

Overall the place looked very clean, but it had a strong smell of urine. We bought scented beads from Walgreens to try and take out the smell. Also, out the back door were a bunch black garbage bags full of what we assume was construction debris and an old sink. We opened that door to try and air out the apartment, but wasn’t a good view looking at that. I assume the place is newly renovated and the old stuff was thrown into the back yard. The smoke detectors were also missing. The place looked just like the picture, but the smell was not worth the stay.
