Summary: Lock failure in extreme winter conditions, delayed response, and ADA violations.During my recent January stay, the outdoor electronic lock on this property failed and my friend and I were locked out at around 10:00 p.m. in -3F weather. We attempted to contact the host immediately. He was unreachable by phone for over 1.5 hours. 「I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. 」
