「 Checkin was smooth. TV went out didnt have anyone to fix it because it was after 8 pm. A lot of kids in rhe hotel were running up and down the hallways and down the stairs near our room 」

「Always enjoy staying at the Marriott. However, this day when we walked into our room, we were hit with a very strong pet odor. I wish for hotels that allow pets they would give us the option of room that has pets opposed to a room that they don’t have pets in so we ended up having to change room so thanks to the assistant manager for getting a squared away. And this hotel is right by the interstate so lots of noisy trucks going back-and-forth all night so it is not quiet, but it’s a nice day.」

「It was a comfy place for the two nights we stayed. Although the "Queen" size beds we were supposed to have were actually fulls. We each slept with one of our kids so we had more room in the bed. The pancake machine was broken the first morning we were there bit fixed the next. Staff was nice. Pool was good for my kids. It was good for the price we got it for. 」

「Hotel seemed new or maybe just updated recently. Has a good variety of breakfast items. Room was nice but our room could have been a little cleaner. Not sure that anyone had stayed there recently based how hot it was when we checked into our room. Took a while to cool down, but finally caught up. Area outside was smelly (garbage/dog poop smell). 「The check in staff Manny and Krystal were friendly and gave us a nice room. The hotel was nice and clean. It had a nice ambience with a garden all around the motel. The room had a nice large king bed and also had all the amenities including coffee making, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The WiFi worked well.The TV did not work initially, but the staff came and fixed it quickly and I was able to select the right input myself after that. 「The staff were very pleasant and efficient!!! Our toilet wouldn’t flush because the handle became very loose. Within 2 mins, staff were up in our room and repaired the toilet!! Very expedient and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. For once, we had enough pillows on our beds when we arrived. I would highly recommend Express Inn to anyone traveling in the Harrisburg area!! 」
