「Gorgeous property! Our room has everything we needed, comfortable beds & was very clean. The staff was great, very friendly. Fun pool & best of all your own entrance into the Comal River right behind the property! We secretly plan to stay here again, it was a great time」

「Our experience was horrible the minute we got there. Inaccuracy in listing and amenities. Front desk was no help at all. They all seemed clueless and making rules up as they go. Our fridge stopped working at 2 in the morning. Half our food was melted and spilled due to it after spending $475 on groceries for a family trip. Shuttle service from room to park was crappy. We called twice for shuttle no one showed up so we walked. Called for shuttle back and they still did not send anyone...

「Our first mistake was not checking the Google reviews. We booked this hotel because the Expedia reviews were decent, and the pictures made it look clean and updated. The pool looked amazing, and our kids were excited to keep swimming after park days at Schlitterbahn. Unfortunately, the pictures didn't match reality. Our first floor, non-smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew, and the door was so damaged we had to lift it just to close it. The pool was disgusting! Green water, algae...

「The front desk clerk wasn’t too friendly. The room floor was disgusting. We could’ve even walk around without shoes or our feet were black. Fridge was a little dirty too. Tv remote battery was dying. The sitting chair by the bed looked as if it wall had never been clean. The day we checked out I noticed the cleaning staff pushing “clean” sheets in an old shopping cart. I’m not sure who ever gave this place good reviews but we will not be back. I’m debating on asking for a refund.」

「The room was mostly clean. There was hair in the tub. The key card reaser on our door was terrible. You had swipe it several times & take it out just right and lift the handle just to get in & out of the room. I didn't get in the pool but my nephew said there were bugs in it. There is no elevator. The ice machine on the first floor while waiting to get in our room, I saw a man put his hands on the spout to put ice in his thermos. The bed was actually pretty comfortable.」
