"Shuttle to universal was great, clean and nice "

"The floor in our room was filthy. Bottoms of our feet were black in just a couple minutes of walking around. We were only staying overnight and just wore shoes in our room. There was no fridge in the room, despite it being in the listing. As I walked past rooms with curtains or doors open I began keeping count. Twelve of sixteen rooms had no fridge. Building is not well maintained. On one occasion the elevator doors refused to open on our floor more than an inch. Luckily we were on the outside of the malfunctioning doors and just took the stairs. Door to our was difficult to open and required slamming to get to latch shut. Light switch mounted upside down."

"I did not know where to book after attending a conference in Orlando, and this place was more than perfect. Everything was clean and updated. I was able to walk to stores and restaurants, and the whole vibe was peaceful. The staff, like all the staff, were friendly. The gym was great, well-equipped, clean, and bright. I will definitely book here again. I was so happy to be here. "
