「This sweet hideaway was exactly what I needed. Close to the places I wanted to visit, yet hidden away under the shady oaks. I loved having coffee on the deck every morning, (in the hot tub!) listening to birds (grackle and house sparrows) and watching the antics of the squirrels. Bonus: a new public library just around the corner! The guest house is comfortable, super clean, and extremely well stocked. My favorite Starbucks coffee for the Keurig, snacks, robes- not a detail was left out. I hope...

「Extremely cozy cabin within a brisk walk to the river. Beautiful area, we saw deer and a little coyote but it wasn’t bothering anybody. Even though it’s in a “resort” it’s quiet and we saw a couple other guests next to the river. Tom, the manager, was extremely quick to help us with any issues with the house but if you need to contact him, a phone call is the best option. This place was amazing and if we ever visit San Antonio or New Braunfels again this will be the spot we go to.」

「For the price, it's really a great deal. It's hard to find homes this large without breaking the bank. The home was clean and Randy was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is pretty well stocked.There are a few home quirks like no bathrooms on the first floor which has two rooms totalling 10 beds so if you bring a huge group, a lot of them may have to go upstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom.
