Nestled along the Guadalupe River with private outdoor space, kayaks, paddle board, a relaxing hot tub, and plenty of room for up to 10 guests — this is the ideal home base for a Hill Country adventure or a serene retreat with family and friends.

CONSUMABLES
We provide an initial and reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and laundry detergent. Beyond the initial supply, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in covered carports and in front of garage.

PETS
Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome to stay with you for a $55 pet fee PER animal. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the yard. Bags are provided.

SECURITY and CAMERAS:
We have a security camera located at the front of the property in the parking area, the front door, and the jetski lift which only views the dock area behind the fence (not the backyard, stairs, or swimming/fishing/boating area).

**Lake Level Update – Great News for Water Lovers!**

Lake levels began rising February 16, 2026, and authorities report the water will continue rising over the next 4–6 weeks, creating a fuller, more beautiful waterfront setting.

> Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & fishing remain available at your own risk
> The rising water is enhancing the shoreline experience

Boating is not an option on Lake Placid at this time, as no public boat ramps are accessible. But it will soon be available!

After use, please leave outdoor smoker grill as it was when you arrived.

-FLOW OF THE HOUSE-
This is an older lake home with a unique flow. Please note the Master Bedroom has a master bath connected to it. The second bathroom is off the laundry room. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are connected. Guests in bedroom 3 must walk through bedroom 2 to exit the room.

NEIGHBORHOOD
You drive through a small neighborhood with a couple lots for trailers, a few mobile homes and varying size homes. Some of the homes on the water front are original to the neighborhood and some are brand new.

*** Hot tub rules can be found in the electronic house manual (sent after booked) as well as posted on the property. Please read and follow ALL rules when using the hot tub. Failure to follow rules, resulting in additional cleaning and maintenance by the spa maintenance company will require us to charge guests up to an additional $500 fee for cleaning or possibly draining the hot tub.
