This was my 35-40 maybe hotel booking through here .. and this is the worst I ever been. Besides be in a centric place in Zaragoza and look nice from outside , is not the same when you just walk in . Hallways and room stink , they don’t used any sense spray . Bathroom smell bad .They change my room after complaining but just get better view because any thing else changed .Amenities are not and good . Front desk employe was very rude . Don’t came here if you want a good experience ! "

"I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by. On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies. This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in. R. Villagrasa"
