施設はリゾート感があり、とても素敵です。お部屋は広く使いやすく、スタッフの方々は皆さまとても親切です。 11時頃到着しましたが、部屋が準備出来ているとアーリーチェックインさせてくださいました。夕方部屋にフルーツプレートのサービスがありました。 朝食はビュッフェで、トルコ料理が豊富で、最後にトルココーヒーもいただきました。 大満足の滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

とても素敵な洞窟ホテルでした！ 部屋のみではなく共有スペースもとても可愛く、ホテルでゆっくりするだけでとても癒されました。 プールにあまり期待しておらず、水着を待って来なかったのですが、水がとても透き通っており掃除も行き届いている様子だったので夏場であれば水着を持ってきてプールを楽しむことをおすすめします！ スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切で、英語が話せない私たちに身振りやメモを使って伝えようとしてくれたり、ゆっくりで簡単な英語で説明してくれたりと、本当に優しさが身に沁みました！ ウチヒサールに向かうバス乗り場も近く、少し歩くと気球やローズバレーのビュースポットもあるので、立地もとても便利だと思います。 また是非泊まりに来たいです。 本当にありがとうございました！ It was a very nice cave hotel! Not only the rooms but also the common areas were very cute and relaxing. We didn't expect much from the pool and didn't bring our swimsuits, but the water was very clear and looked well cleaned, so I would recommend bringing your swimsuit and enjoying the pool in the summer time! The staff were all very kind and tried to communicate with us who could not speak English using gestures and notes, and explained things to us in slow and simple English, which was really kind of them! The location is very convenient as the bus stop to Uchisar is near and a short walk away are the ballooning and Rose Valley view spots. I would definitely come back to stay again. Thank you so much!

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Every night they provide nice fruit or some other delicacy but sometimes it was too much for us to eat. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice design.

My stay was wonderful. This is a beautiful,boutique cave/stone hotel that is run by a family. It is located perfectly just on the fringe of town, in that you are out of the hustle and bustle, but yet in close proximity to it all. The owner booked my balloon flight for me, which was an awesome experience! The pool was great after my hike to Uchisar. I was able to park on the street just on the side of the hotel. Overall an excellent experience and a beautiful hotel. My room was delightful and the host were great. I would recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ What makes this hotel truly special is the incredible warmth, kindness, and hospitality of the family who owns and runs it. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, as if we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. One of the most special parts of our experience was staying in a real cave room, which made our visit to Cappadocia feel truly authentic and unforgettable. And waking up to watch the hot air balloons floating across the sky at sunrise from the hotel terrace was simply magical! The views alone are worth experiencing. The service was outstanding, with so many thoughtful little details that made our stay even more memorable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious! We have traveled to many places, and we truly believe that what makes a stay unforgettable is the people. This wonderful family made us feel at home and turned our time in Cappadocia into a beautiful memory. If you are looking for an authentic Cappadocia experience, warm hospitality, delicious breakfast, and the chance to admire the balloons at sunrise, we wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Beautiful hotel! Rooms were great and staff was wonderful—very helpful and friendly. Included Breakfast was great. Location was ideal for us—we could walk to lots of restaurants and shops within minutes.

Great hotel

We made the best memories here. They are very kind and friendly and booked a nice restaurant for us as we don't speak Turkish. From the hotel rooftop you can see the whole city of Goreme.

Excellent hotel and staff

This place is not only beautiful, very well located but their team is just amazing. They communicated with me prior to the trip, arranged all sorts of activities for us, and answered my one thousand questions. The place is beautiful and te rooms really nice. Breakfast is really good and they truly make an effort to make sure you are well taken care of.

If I could give 10 stars for hospitality I would. We were treated like visiting family rather than guests and everyone was superbly accommodating! One afternoon we were sitting upstairs outside the dining room just enjoying some sunshine and someone came up and offered us tea. Each night someone came round with a treat - Turkish snacks, pears, or bananas.The decor is as pictured and attention to detail immaculate. We appreciated the location as it was a couple minute walk to the main part of town but wasn’t at all noisy. The only thing I’d say is that for one of us the mattress could have been softer and for the other it was perfect :) Thank you to Batrus (I hope spelled that right) and everyone else for a most enjoyable stay in Cappadocia!

Neat experience

It was a comfortable accommodation. Archaic design of the room, akin to a cave. The bed is built into the floor. Still relatively spacious. The staff were all friendly, it seemed like a family run hotel. There was warm home cooked breakfast with a very kind feel to the experience in general. Highly recommended

Solicitous and kind staff. Very communicative and responsive via What’s App. For example my evening flight was delayed and they organized a late night shuttle pickup. Great location and pool.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Goreme

A lovely hotel in the heart of Goreme. We had a lovely room which was cool and quiet and dark for a good nights sleep. The breakfast area has a cool carpeted platform on which you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the balloons go over if you can’t be bothered to walk to a viewing platform. Close to the start of good walking trails. Staff could not do enough to help us. Highly recommend.

We stayed there for three nights. It was a pleasant experience. Everything was great and beyond our expectations. All staff are friendly and helpful. They provide the excellent services. Amazing buffet breakfast and offer special omelette with Turkish coffee, fresh milk and sweet. This hotel is close to the bazar, restaurants, and stores. There are several BBQ, Indian, Chinese, traditional Turkish restaurants in this area. Lots of gift shops and tour agencies close by. The hotel has a large terrace with nice views, birds singing and you can enjoy of your coffee and nice views. The staff offer complementary Turkish coffee, tea when you are on the terrace. The front desk, room service staff, and kitchen staff are so friendly, helpful and polite. We already informed our friends about this hotel and they will reserve a room when they going to Cappadocia. I recommend everyone to go there and have a wonderful time. Thank you

Las habitaciones son estupendas, por todo el recinto tienes todo tipo de detalles. La amabilidad del personal es incleible!!! Nos prepararon bocadillos para irnos ya que nos íbamos muy temprano y tuvieron muchos detalles durante toda nuestra estancia. Muy recomendable
