My holiday apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus station "Hotel Riu Helios Paradise".

The apartment is with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a toilet, terrace and a private small garden.
My guests have free access to public car parking.
There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, here you can enjoy your morning coffee.

All children under 3 years are charged Euro 5.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.

Built on a hill with panorama across the Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. My apartment will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria.

Arrival/departure:
Check in after 15h00 if the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier.
Departure before 11h00. If the apartment is available you can leave later.

small Super Market 2 minutes walk

A section of 100 meters from the street leading to our holiday village is in rather poor condition.

I will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the holiday village.
