「Lovely hotel, great food, helpful staff and great spa!」

「Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.」

「It was a very nice hotel. I would like to go again. Thank you very much to all the staff.」

「Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality.」

「Very convenient for the Armadillo and walkable to city centre. Big twin room (104), well laid out, liked the big table and view from window. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The soundproofing wasn't very good. I could hear outside noise from my room on the 2nd floor even late at night. But, the room is clean and nice! Also, the amenities were excellent. I was impressed that they even provided slippers and toothbrushes」

「Shower is not warm. I found something that previous travelers forgot to bring.」
