「We were given a room second floor over the laundry room. Friends that booked week later than us got main floor rooms. We're seniors. No elevator. You have to phone a number supplied on the wall by the front desk to get someone to give your reservation too and get room and key. Staff cleaning rooms woke us up doing rooms across and in the hall at 6:45AM. So much for sleeping in tired.」
