「What a surprise to find this spacious and well equipped rental in downtown Nederland. Loved the location and spa quality linens. Immaculate!」

「This house overlooks the town and the reservoir, and it truly does only take 5 minutes to walk. Which is good because the parking space is up a steep little hump and we only took the car for hikes. Town has everything including a Nepalese restaurant and a few great little coffeehouses, a grocery, rock shop, circus carousel…you name it. The home is spacious. Two bedrooms are also spacious with queen beds (one has a pull-up bar if you like to do chin ups before bed). Third BR (full futon) and loft...
