Lake James offers the perfect combination of lake and mountain backdrop, and is not as populated as other nearby lakes. Our house is on a level area and has easy access to our private covered dock, only 100 feet to the water with no stairs to climb. There are also two paddle boards, 6 Kayak/Canoes, and a swim platform available for use. Not only will you love the access to the lake for water activities, but you will absolutely love the home! No detail was left out in the design and layout, with three bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms upstairs, a half bath, a mudroom with double washers and dryers. The vaulted ceilings in the living room carry through to the large upper patio that is beautifully furnished with outdoor seating, a custom dining table and a large Weber grill. The downstairs level features a large living area, kids play area, a large bunk room and hall bathroom, and a double twin room with an en suite bathroom. There is also a recreation room downstairs with a pool table, table tennis, dart board, bag toss and more. You can access the lake from the furnished lower patio as well.

Since the home is new and very well maintained, we do not allow guest to bring pets to the property.
