「Beautiful house and a great place to stay!」

「Extremely Disappointing Stay Our stay at Hotel Revel in Fort Worth has been incredibly disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Here are the issues we experienced: • Misleading parking information: About 24 hours before check-in, we received check-in instructions stating that we needed to pay for parking. We paid for parking, only to find out after entering the hotel that parking is actually free. That should have been communicated correctly in the first place. • Major...

「客室は綺麗だったが、トリプル利用でエキストラベッド利用を連絡していたにも関わらず用意されていなかった。ソファベッドを利用したが、フロントに伝えるまでシーツ等もなかった。チェックイン時のフロントの方はとても親切だったが、翌日以降の方は無愛想で良い印象はなかった。 場所は駅まで徒歩圏内であり、便利だった。」

「Hotel was in a great area for a concert at Dickies Arena. The elevator was extremely hot and slow. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear people upstairs walking at 6am.」

「The staff were incredibly kind. It was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. I would love to come back here again someday. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to Dallas/Fort Worth. I would recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you so much!」
