「It is a classic hotel in Down town in Columbus,Ohio. It looks to be a traditional(historic,late30's) hotel with the building & the room. If one do not like these classical conditions,who is better to look at modern hotels.」
「Plant based / vegan options remain limited, if any. Even having plant based milk for coffee would be nice.
Bed is very comfortable. Pillows are down - I’d preferred down alternative but not given option.
Location is nice.

We were put into an accessible king room. Only one nightstand had a lamp and only one half of the bathroom mirror was lit - lighting needs improved. 」
「Checking in was quick and the clerk was friendly. Was concerned before the stay after seeing posts about people breaking into cars and the train tracks behind the hotel. My family and I had gone to a concert and we noticed a police car sitting in the parking lot once we got back. I’m pretty sure they kept watch for a decent part of the night so that made me feel better and though we did hear a train, it wasn’t an issue. I would definitely stay here again. 」
"When cleaning the room during a one-week stay, I would like the provided coffee cups to be refilled. It's a hassle to have to go to the front desk to get more cups.
