「Place was really nice. The service not great. Called day of said i would be very very late but would be there. Told no problem note on account. It was non refundable by the way they wouldnt lose money. Get there late to check in told I cant hold a room that late I gave it away. I said I called in advance and was told no problem. She kept saying did you give them a time. If not we cant hold the room. Sorry I didnt know I was responsible for knowing your policies and procedures. If you...

「It was very nice most of all, but the receptionists are not that professional. VERY friendly though.

「Absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. The room is beautiful and I love the big common space. It was perfect to watch a Packer game with friends and then enjoy breakfast in the morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful and check-in and out were a breeze. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.」

「 I have never told if i stay more than 5 days, room cleaning is every other day . Hotel should tell us that before or we are the one ask」

「Good.」
