"The hotel staff and the location was perfect. In the center of the historic area, easy access to whatever you needed. Will definitely stay again. The only thing I hope was a a bit bigger was some of the rooms. A bit tight, but well equipped with everything you needed."

"While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel. "

"No busquen choco hostel puebla por Expedia ya que el hostel dice que la aplicación de expedia es fatal y hace las reservaciones un mes despues de que tu la realices, el lugar es muy sucio, no es lo que la aplicación dice, los números de teléfono no son los que aparecen en ninguna red social o la página directo."

"Breakfast for a fee. No much amenities more than a soap, shampoo and napkins. Parking available. During the stay there was a +15 group of students and no adult control. they were very noisy, keept knocking at all doors and running the hallways. Parking official was very polite and helpful with the parking map. Receptionist didn’t enabled the door key the first time asked me to use it the “right” way. Later they were calling me on the phone asking who i was , because there was a misunderstanding( on their side i guess)."
