"The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again."

"The property is very dirty, from bedsheets to bathroom sinks, toilet, everything is covered in stains and corrosion. The furniture is eaten by termites, big holes in drawers.
I booked it as pre-paid, but when i went there the staff had no clue about the booking, the room i booked was not ready they put me in family rooms and then 1 day later, to a tri-bed room, the condition of both rooms were same as i mentioned above.
The staff on the other hand was supportive and accomodating, but the owner of this place is ripping people off their money. "
