Emma on the front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming. Everything about this hotel is 5 star. The bedroom was spacious, luxurious and a fantastic experience to stay in. If you are visiting Birmingham this hotel is a must. It’s a stones throw from Birmingham New Street Station, San Carlo and Fumo restaurants as well as the shops.
