"Great time but a bunch of eateries were not open and the cruise ships were a lot with so many people roaming the property. Recommend not being there in a Saturdays"

"The resort itself was nice, but the rooms are in desperate need of updating and a good cleaning. Floors were very dirty, the furniture had lots of stains, and the bathrooms were just gross. "

"They are not all inclusive, you will have to pay for the spa and the laundry service. It is not adults only, there were children there and you can’t even wear an open button up shirt there even tho your ment to be on vacation. They tried to charge me $120 per person to check out 2 hours late and only charged the couple before me $40 for a 4 hours late check out. The booking app for the restaurants only works for about 3 hours daily so if you don’t make it then you have to eat from the buffet which isn’t good or pay out of pocket for something. I was in still am excessively displeased with my stay there and would not recommend them to anyone."

"I will use this property again. Water pressure was very low and I could barely take a shower. This is not a nice place."

"The hotel itself is fine and the rooms are reasonably comfortable, but it’s really noisy and not relaxing to stay there. My room was near the elevator which pinged loudly all night. The breakfast buffet was ok (good fruit but the bread and pastries were not very nice) and certainly not worth $40 per head."

"Very impressed with the cleanliness and maintained property for our short stay. Staff are wonderful and the food was really good in the restaurant We were a group of 6, 3 rooms and loved it! Highly recommend"
