Concert getaway

Spacious, quiet, and clean condo close to downtown Nashville. Did not have to pay for parking and was able to park in a space below the condo.Very impressed by the property manager’s responsiveness—needed to stay an additional night due to a concert that was rescheduled. I contacted her through the Vrbo app. She responded in less than 5 minutes and confirmed that we could stay another night. Very appreciative of her quick response and ease of adjusting our stay.Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Close to broadway…..

This was a great location and perfect for our stay. Only thing is the walls are thin and a couple nights the neighbors were up all night. But they weren’t there our entire trip and the rest of the time it was great. So it could be hit or miss at being quiet just depending on the neighbors. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Great location for downtown and farmers market

Loved the protected parking garage and security to get into the building. Appreciate the heads up about the train, but actually we enjoyed the ambiance it created for us. We walked everywhere! A few more kitchen linens would have been handy.

Convenient Yet Affordable

My coworker and I were in Nashville for a work conference. The condo was the perfect place for us to stay. It allowed us to both have our separate space but be together as well. It was convenient to the conference location and to all that Nashville has to offer. Highly recommend for any guest stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location. It was super close to our event. The TV wouldn’t work. The volume was stuck and it was hard to navigate. The living room couch and bed needs a little TCL. It was cover in dirt and sunflower seeds. The floors were dirty because our socks/feet were covered in dirt. Everywhere else was easy to navigate. Plenty of space. Thanks

Nashville friend trip

This condo is immaculate and very comfortable. The decor fun and tasteful. It is priced well. The free parking space is a huge plus. The only cons are that it’s not a safe walk back from Broadway at night (Uber it), but otherwise it is walkable back and forth to places as long as you can sustain a 20 min walk. The other cons are that you can hear neighbors if they are being rowdy or showering, and the patio faces a brick wall, so we didn’t use it. For the reasonable price, however, we would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great spot!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our two friends. Easy walking distance to Broadway and all fun things. Place was clean and they were very accommodating for a late check out.

Perfect condo for a great Nashville experience

Condo was perfect for the four of us. We were able to walk to 90% of the places we wanted to visit. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning.

Love Nashville

Easy check in. Adequate space for what we needed. 2 bathrooms was perfect for 5 women. We went down Broadway a few times. Visited the bar/restaurant two blocks around the corner. Enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Highlight would've been the Grand Ole Oprey and witnessing Scott McCreary inducted into the Grand Ole Oprey by Garth Brooks.
