Parrot 3+ BR apt in the forest

Summary:
Spacious and serene space located deep in the hardwood forest. Large and tall windows open on large kitchen / living room / dining room. At the end of long dirt road, the apt sits atop a small hill. This 3 floor apt has two bedrooms each with queen beds connected by a bathroom and a first floor kids room with four single beds. A loft has a queen bed and sitting area to watch TV. Walk to lake and organic farm to see sweet animals. Outside hot tub may be available if Grand Apartment is not rented.

The Space:
The Parrot house is located at the top of a hill on a dirt road. No more that three cars have parking space. While its best to have four wheel drive, experience drivers can make it with two. The top floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a loft with two single beds. One full bathroom serves these 3 sleeping areas. The bottom floor has a bunk bed for two, a single bed, and a queen bed served by a full bathroom on the main floor above. The main floor living room is amazing. An adjacent office has a door that goes out to the deck and outside table. The fireplace is non-working. Sit in the deck and look out on the forest or take a snooze.

The Grand Apartment takes up the second portion of the structure and is completely set off from the 3+ bedroom apartment. They have first dibs on the hot tub. You may use it ($50 set up fee) if no one is renting the Grand.
