Come kick back and relax in our Brand New stylish space just minutes North of Nashville. This beautiful modern home sits in a new and upcoming area just North of Nashville and minutes to Broadway, Top Golf & Downtown. The kitchen offers beautiful stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, and all of the cooking necessities you'll need. The house also has an amazing outdoor area overlooking downtown. All of the TVs in the home have Roku, as well as high speed internet. Enjoy!

Host was great. Very responsive. Location was convenient. House was clean and looks just like a photos it’s a beautiful property. Appears to be a newer VRBO so no washer and dryer. That was the only thing I wish it had since it accommodates a large family and why I did not rate as 5 stars. I would definitely stay again.

Don’t be scared as Waze tells you that you’re close. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy with a lot of pan handlers around. But the location in itself is great! Very close to downtown, also be ready for three floors of stairs. The trash can was already full when we arrived which was terrible.

50th Birthday Girls weekend!

We had the absolute best time at this property. The deck off the living room is amazing. We sat out there for hours and enjoyed the view and the weather. House was clean and spacious. Chase was an excellent host.
