"Staff were courteous, helpful and respectful. Great to have coffee and tea 24/7. Hotel has a washer and dryer combo, pack less clothes. Bathroom and room had enough space for two people. Hotel was close to the Takanawa train station (JR line) and airport limo pickup and drop-off. I would stay at the hotel again. The area is very clean and not as busy as other districts in Toyko. "

"They clean the room daily. Make the beds every 3 days. In the lobby they have a free snack, drinks, for all ages. There is a Lawson’s in the hotel. It’s next to a mall with lots of food options. But the mall doesn’t open till 10/11. There is a family mart right down the road, maybe a 5/10 minute walk. The staff is very friendly! They do luggage transfer. Airporter is what they recommended for same day delivery. It’s a courier . They offer free shuttle to both parks."
