「Great hotel in a perfect location right on 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was awesome and a great place to relax, and the food was very good for a hotel restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the stay. 「陽当たりがよくて広い部屋、重厚ながら使い勝手の良い調度品、フレンドリーなスタッフ、立地など大変満足しています。こじんまりとしているのがまた良い。朝食はシンプルで潤沢とまでは言えませんが、私には必要十分なもので、その潔さにかえって好感が持てます。オレンジ、とても美味しかった。 1階の部屋だったため、通りの車の音が響く時がありました。また、ベッドが少し固いかな。でも、不満というほどではありません。 ランドリーもあるし、客層もよいし、居心地が良かったです。2階の共同ベランダ（朝食会場）から美しいサンセットが見えます。ネープルズピアに行きたくとも体力気力がなかったので、何だかラッキーな気分になりました。 下手な大手チェーンのビジネスホテルに泊まるなら、こちらをオススメします。」

「We loved that the hotel was close enough to walk to town but without the crowds of being directly on 5th ave. It's a very pretty hotel with nice touches, e.g. beach chairs, towels and courtesy shuttle to beach as well as in room water each day, decent breakfast and peaceful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. However, no gym. You can get a day pass to a wellness center about a 20 min walk away but it's less convenient. Also, the front desk was woefully understaffed upon check-in and no bell...

「Had to change rooms because of a smell of urine. Got a room in the back with the garden and pool and it was great. Close to downtown too. 」
