All guestrooms at Royal Art House H Duomo include perks such as premium bedding and air conditioning, in addition to amenities like free WiFi and room service.
The property listing was very misleading, they didn’t have laundry or breakfast. The owner also never replied to any of my questions or messages making it hard to communicate any of the issues I was having. The room was quite filthy and the bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable due to broken mattress as well.

This place is definitely a scam. First on my list of things, no where on the site or through any messages they send you prior does it say that the “main office/ reception” is in a separate building entirely. It wasn’t until we showed up to our booked location and began the “pre check in” paperwork, that we discovered we have been provided with no information on how to get into the building or any other details about our room/ single night stay. We were at a loss and getting irritated. A nice gentleman that lived in the same building tried to help us, it wasn’t until he noticed that the address listed in the small fine print at the bottom of the check in page was in fact not the one we were at… the address listed was literally the opposite side of the city! The biggest frustration is that this isn’t stated anywhere and the only thing you need the “office” for, is to give you the door code that prints off on your receipt…. The room is average, at the end of the day we just needed a place to sleep. If you like rock hard hotel mattresses then you might consider this place. Our next biggest frustration(and I’d say most important) is they never gave back our $200 damage deposit, we were there for a single night!! All we did was flip the covers over and sleep, how is that considered damaging property?!!!! Our total cost was supposed to be $82.92CAD(which is also stated on the receipt) but were charged $323.97CAD to the card that was placed on file.

Long story short: please do not book this place.
Long story: The place of this hotel is nowhere near the center of Napoli, hence the locational benefit is near zero. The process this hotel requires to check-in is also very cumbersome. Even though I am in my 20s, the process was hard to follow. Cleanliness was at best mediocre. Nothing special, nothing to wow. The place also requires 200 euro deposit prior to check-in and additional mandatory fees for cleaning and such. But the problem is, you will NOT be able to receive your deposit back. The following is my episode:
Episode: I signed the contract prior check-in, and the contract clearly stated that 'deposit amount of 200 euros will be refunded within 15 working days if paid by credit card'. After more than almost 30 working days, I had received none. I immediately contacted the hotel but they insisted that I would be paid back in 30 working days(even though I paid using credit card). This was a clear violation of contract. Even after 30 days, they only refunded my 150 euros out of 200, and said the deduction was because I was caught smoking in the room. Frankly, I have never smoked in my entire life, so the hotel was telling a lie just to rip off my 50 euros for no good reason. So for those planning to book this hotel, be prepared to risk yourself into not receiving the deposit. Or even when you do receive the refund, you wouldn't be paid back fully because the hotel will literally "create" some excuses.

Where should I begin.For whatever reason you have to go to another location do the whole check in yourself on an iPad. Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what happened after was very strang.I asked at the check in about certain amenities(like kettle and fridge) she said yes but truly she didn’t understand anything it seems, as when we got to our room there was no kettle.I wrote to them, no response for about half an hour then I wrote a big message, finally a response. However not with a solution but with an accusation.“First of all, we are working and we cannot reply IMMEDIATELY to our guests.You write 30 minutes ago, not 3 hours.Be respectful of our work” to me 30 minutes of silence from the people that you require help from is a long time.It would be much better if I was replied to in 5 mins with a message saying please wait whilst we are sorting out your issue,then I would have no problem with waiting. Kettle was brought with no cups, strange smell in the room, broken shelf and shower. The check out is strange too a lot of unopened doors but you have to leave your keys upstairs, so before you leave you have to open them and then go back.

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral. Zu Fuss kann man von dort aus vieles erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Hotel liegt ein wenig versteckt. Für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend.
Personal vor Ort hat es nicht wirklich. Das Check-in befindet sich an einem anderem Ort. Ich empfehle den Hotel-Transfer, welcher für €10 angeboten wird

Devi avere per forza la carta di credito da cui prelevano 200 euro,che ti vengono date effettivamente nel conto dopo quasi un mese.se non hai la carta di credito ti propongono di cancellare la prenotazione e ti chiedono circa il doppio del sito,pagando anche contanti

Fatal el check-in, hay que hacerlo a 25 minutos del hotel caminando porque no tiene recepción. Lo bueno es que para el check-out no hay que ir al mismo lugar. La habitación limpia y cómoda. Al momento de entrar al hotel es feo, luego que entras al piso del hotel cambia y el piso es bonito.

Très déçu , j avais pris cet chambre car avion a 20h pour me reposer avec mon fils , arriver à 11h40 on me dis Check in a14h ou alors il faut payer des frais d arriver anticipé , je demande si je peux laisser mes bagages à l accueil ( qui est situé à 1,5km de la chambre )on me répond que c 3€ par bagage a14h après m être enregistré la navette qui devait nous dépose à dépose 2 autres personnes avant nous ceux qui nous a fait perdre encore 40 mn , vraiment très déçu de cet hôtel qui ne reflète pas la ville de Naples qui est vraiment accueillante dommage

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Lo único, atenti al check in. No se hace en el hotel!! Queda a 1,5 km. importante para los que sacan el viaje con muchos meses de anticipación y descuidan estos detalles. De lo contrario se encontrarán tocando timbre sin que nadie los atienda. Je.
