The completely renovated and finely furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the famous Palazzo dello Spagnolo. The monumental Palazzo entrusted to the art of the noble Neapolitan architect Ferdinando Sanfelice, built in 1738, is considered one of the major points of interest in the historic center of Naples and in the Sanità district in which it is located. Its monumental double flight staircase with hawk wings leaves the observer fascinated every time. The exclusive apartment has an elegant entrance, three spacious double bedrooms, two of which with en-suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom adjacent to it, a double living room overlooking a lovely internal terrace with an outdoor kitchen with table. and chairs, ideal for spending dinners in the open area or fresh breakfasts away from the chaos of the city. The sofa bed in the living room is a real king size bed with great comfort. The kitchen, over 30 square meters, is characterized by a wonderful masonry structure with finely decorated tiles equipped with all appliances from the coffee pod machine to the dishwasher. The house is equipped with all comforts, smart TV, free wifi, comfort mattress, independent hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine / dryer. 200 unique square meters, all available to guests. Nearby there are numerous points of interest, places to visit, the National Archaeological Museum, the fintanelle cemetery, the catacombs of sangennaro, the house of the great Prince of laughter, Totò, churches and much more. everything is also well connected to public transport, at least two metro stops within a 5-minute walk. Enjoy the energy of "Spanish" take care of it and you will be welcome.

Lovely large apartment in a beautiful historic building

Beautiful apartment on the first floor of the Palazzo Spagnolo, on a very lively Naples street. The apartment is air conditioned throughout and the bedrooms (two en-suite and the third next to a separate bathroom) are thankfully not facing the main street so are blissfully quiet. Only the kitchen faces the street and has a small balcony from which you can watch the world go by. It’s only a short walk to the archeological museum and also the two metro stations of Cavour and Museo. The popular tourist street Via Tribunali is also walkable. The kitchen looked to be well equipped, but of course as we were in Naples we never needed to cook! Lovely cafe at the beginning of the street was our favourite spot for fresh breakfast pastries, although there were many other cafes, bakeries and corner shops and a small supermarket also on the street, which also had a daily market. The spectacular external stairs are something of a tourist attraction (very Instagramable!), so you feel very smug jangling your keys going past them up the steps to your apartment!

The area is a little sketchy. Using the electronic locked door into the appt is a little difficult, you have to follow instructions and the key is for the complex doors not the door into the appt. The dryer needs to have water removed in order for it to work. The property is spacious and comfortable

Palast in toller Lage

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft in einer großartigen Lage. Perfekt wäre der Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn das Objekt auch noch sauber gewesen wäre. Im Geschirrschrank standen schmutzige Teller. Die Fußböden waren dreckig, man mochte nicht auf Socken durch die Wohnung gehen. Es waren keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden und die haben wir auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht bekommen.
