The hotel is located near the central station, so it is convenient to go to any tourist spot. The rooms are clean and convenient. The hotel is on the second floor, but it is difficult to find if you don't know.

Napoli Relais is conveniently located directly across from the Naples Central train station and close to the metro line station. This is a busy area with lots of shopping, restaurants, and people enjoying the piazza. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to contact requests. Catching a cab to the airport was easy, as they line up in front of the train station. It was a great home base for exploring Naples.

Area is not pleasent at night in particular. Naples it self is not a clean city but people are nice. I decided to book another hotel outside of Naples. Stayed only one night. Hotel is in the second floor of the building. Its just ok for a single night stay.

Hotel itself is a short walk from the train station. Ettore was a good host. He greeted us on arrival, and was always responsive on WhatsApp for questions The room and amenities are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Expedia says it has Laundry, but it doesn't. We had specifically planned to wash clothes here during our trip and had to adjust. There are also people loitering outside the building which didn't always feel safe, but we never had any trouble. Overall it was a decent stay.

This hotel is located pretty much right outside the train station which is convenient but also located where all the junkies, pickpockets and beggars are also loitering so be aware. I did not feel safe going to the hotel but once inside the building the hotel is located within my perception of the place got better. The rooms are clean and updated. Our room was very small and cramped. I did not find it to be noisy even though right outside the city never sleeps. The free breakfast was lacking compared to what is offered at similar properties but still something for free is always welcome so I won’t completely bash it. Instead of paying for coffee out of a machine in the hallway we opted for McDonald’s located right across the street instead. We stayed here so we could visit Pompeii and Herculaneum which was a horrible location for doing that but if you’re looking to visit Naples itself is fine I guess. We also wanted a laundry facility which is not located on the property as advertised. Check in was easy and simple, the gentleman was friendly and provided information about the surrounding area. To be honest my boyfriend really disliked staying here but I think it more had to do with the area in general and the feeling of am I really staying somewhere safe. We left after one night with nothing bad happening so perhaps it’s all the bad YouTube videos and blogs that warn of the bad areas of Italy that really should be to blame for our feelings on this property.

Clean and great location steps away from the main train station & metro, great price, and the owners are very kind. Helped me with directions and I had a large item that i needed to refrigerate so he kept it for me in the office fridge. Above and beyond service and I would stay there again.

Great and very friendly staff! Came out to find me when Expedias location was wrong. The hotel is not easy to find and the sign is very small. Maybe a foot square and lost among other signs like it. Look for the tall yellow building to the right side of the square in front of the train station. Look for the Mexican restaurant and the bigger door in the corner. The hotel in on the 2nd floor.

The area was positively disgusting - very poor and looked extremely unsafe. We did not stay there so we forfitted the money and stayed at a nice hotel in the Chiaia area.....MUCH better. The elevator was ridiculous to get two adults in with bags......can't imagine going out for dinner while staying there. Terrible.....

The property itself was safe. We had to call the host to get the code to enter the building, call again to get the code into the lobbY and then we could also lock our room. But outside was very sketchy. The “buffet” breakfast were two packaged danishes and 2 biscotti 2 waters and two juice and you could make yourself a cup of instant coffee. Couldn’t shower because the shower wand was broken.

JUST A HOLE IN TH WALL WITH A FEW ROOMS. VERY SEEDY NEIGHBORHOOD. OUR PLANE WAS VERY LATE AND THE OWNER INITIALLY REFUSED TO LET US IN. WE ARE STANDING IN FRNT OF A LOCKED STEEL DOOR ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF A RUN DOWN BUILDING WITH OUR BAGS. FINALLY HE DEMANDED $20 DOLLARS MORE TO LET US IN. I WOUD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS DUMP. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA FOR THIS

Pas grand chose pour être bien

bonjour j avoue être embeté pour mettre une note. quartier de la gare ,pas top mais pratique. la chambre correcte. la personne qui s est occupée de l acceuil,de la chambre très gentille et sympathique. mais , 2 gros problèmes, location 100€ par nuit petit déjeuner buffet inclus. pas de buffet du tout la colazione est simple plateau dans la chambre thé tisane croissant jus biscotte Nutella confiture. pas de lait pas de beurre pas de café enfin café oui mais payant 1€ j ai essayé de dire que ce n était pas normal. on m a dit c est un petit déjeuner classique italien. Apres vérification non c est un petit-déjeuner arnaque touriste. Le jour du départ j ai demandé si il était possible de garder les valises et les récupérer 4h après. Oui,bien sur 5€par valise. je précise que je pars 1 à 2 fois par an en Italie.et je n ai jamais vu ça

Jó ár/érték arányú hotel Nápolyban

Kiváló kellemes, kis hotel. Én nagyon szeretem. Nápoly full belvárosában, a Garibaldi tér szélén, a vasútállomástól 2 percre gyalog, a metrótól 1 percre gyalog. A szobák, és fürdőszobák nagyon tiszták, panaszra nincs ok. A reggeli kicsit gyenge, kicsit szegényes, ez az 1 ami nem tetszik, de hát ez van. A reggeli előre csomagolt dolgok, croissan, pirítós, dzsem, lekvár, vaj, nutella, és kb ennyi. Nem baj. A recepció nem 24 órás, így bejelentkezéskor előre szólni érdemes / kell. Ajánlom a hotelt mindenkinek.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais d'une location de quelques chambres. 1ere déception Dans la chambre 1 chaise or nous étions 2. Pour le petit déjeuner, pas terrible Le peit déjeuner, le café est payant, c'est un comble. Nous sommes allés dans un café au coin de la rue
