The apartment is located in one of the famous and historic "Quattro Palazzi" that characterize the square. It is composed of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large shower, another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large shower and en-suite bathtub, street view; living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. All rooms have flat screen TV and split for hot and cold air conditioning.

Iron is available upon previous request. 

City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Smoking is strictly prohibited
It is forbidden to let people other than those regularly registered in the booking stay or accommodate in the apartment. If a friend, family member or other person needs to access the apartment only for a short visit and without staying overnight, it is necessary to inform the property in advance and provide a valid identity document for the person concerned.
please avoid annoying noises, especially in the evening and at night, with respect for neighbors and other guests
Access to the condominium door is through a home automation system with a telephone call. For guests who cannot use this mode, a physical key is also available, which must be left in the apartment upon check-out. If the key is lost or not returned, a charge of €10.00 will be applied.
Pets are welcome, but please kindly do not let them get on beds and sofas
The waste can be disposed of in the appropriate bins along the road, otherwise, it will be collected by our staff during check-out
