A charming 75 sq m apartment for three people, located in an elegant, five-story historic building dating back to the 1900s with an elevator. The rooms are furnished with pieces made by local artisans, and the view of an internal pedestrian street makes it very quiet despite its central location. Close to the lively streets of Spaccanapoli, the apartment is a 14-minute walk from Central Station and just 500 meters from the Duomo metro station, providing easy access to other areas of the city.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with concierge service (open from 8:30 am to 1:15 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm) and an elevator (20 cents, free on weekends and holidays).

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, 25 TV, and split A/C;

- KITCHEN with induction hob, coffee table, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, and a view of the splendid nativity scene;

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, two wardrobes, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- FULL BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY with access from the bedroom;

- STORAGE ROOM;

- ROOM USED AS A NATIVITY SCENE with a glass window from the kitchen: the nativity scene features miniature representations of the entire city's monuments.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating and air conditioning (living room and bedroom), washing machine, clothes rack, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.

The keys to the front door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.

City tax payment will be required.

- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 14 minutes (900 metres) or with the L1 metro line to the Duomo stop, 500 meters from the accommodation;

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines or free (NOT guaranteed) on white lines. It is also possible to park for a fee at the Garage Luca Napoli, in Vico Palazzo Due Porte 16, 100 meters from the accommodation.
