SPECTACULAR

This is a truly wonderful hotel. The tented rooms, bed and others, are spectacular. So much so easy to do...the difficult bit is to staff it with spectacularly good staff, everywhere, and ask them all to commit to the same idea of excellent service. This they have managed. The photos on their website are great, but don’t do it justice. It’s stunning in the flesh. And photos don’t show the charm, confidence and competence of the staff. The food is particularly good. The safari bit is very well done also - very expert and delightful guides. We saw every safari animal one might want to see. We loved this place....even if you don’t do safaris, it’s a great place to stay
