"Very nice and convenient place to stay in central Kyoto. Easy to travel, great room. The staff is outstanding. I left a package in a taxi, and one of the reception desk workers called the restaurant to identify the company, called the company to have them find the driver, and worked with them to get the package back within about ten minutes. Five star service!!!"
