"Property overall very nice. It is in a great location for walking or biking to Duvall St. or main areas of interest. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed in our room was very firm and not comfortable. Bed linens were thin and stiff. We booked a room with a private balcony area and other guests would sit right outside our room in our private space. Signage stating that area was private would be nice. Overall a great place to stay. "

"I appreciated the affiliation with Southern Most; being able to use their parking when on the other side of the island. Close proximity to major restaurants and Docks. The Marker has a great breakfast menu and friendly, helpful staff!"

"The property was well maintained. We really enjoyed the complementary breakfast each morning. The beachside Café was quite pricey, but very convenient overall this is an excellent place to stay."

"The Bishop hotel was wonderful! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the pools and pool bar were fantastic. We really liked that we could pick our room when we booked. Plus, it’s in a peaceful spot but still close to everything. Thanks for a fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"It was terrible . Room was not clean smelled vert bad with cigarettes , sheets and pillows DIRTY and STAINED. Front desk NO help and would not even give us clean sheets. Offered us a windowless room Their staff eats their lunch in your room We prepaid a King Bed room but got a Queen Mold in bathroom Do NOT stay there DO not stay there "

"We were not guaranteed ocean view rooms even though we booked that, but still ended up with a beautiful ocean view in the top floor. We had great access to Smathers Beach! Overall, I don’t think it was worth over $8k including plane tickets to go here for a week. "

"We loved this hotel! The area was quiet and within walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. We stayed right next to the pool and loved the convenience of it! Our room was clean and spacious. The shower was a little tricky- there’s not really an option for warm water (it was either really hot or really cold). The breakfast every morning was good with lots of options. We would definitely stay there again!"
