"Such a quiet little hotel with only 15 rooms. It was an easy walk to Duval Street and the marinas. It was really nice!"

"Before we arrived, we called to verify our reservations. Morgan at the reception office was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small, but it was fine for the two of us. We were barely there anyway. The room was clean and every member of the staff was so nice. The breakfast was adequate and the wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch. For being only a half block away from Duval Street, we never heard any noise or activity. It was a quaint little spot that worked for us."

"This resort is in a good location. The staff are helpful, and professional. The resort seems well maintained and is clean. And the view at sunset is spectacular."

"With being right on Duvall Street it is very loud! The bathrooms are old and very tiny, but the room and bathrooms were very clean. They have a small continental breakfast, which was nice with wanting to get out of town early the morning we left."

"The staff is super friendly. The room was smaller than I was expecting, but very clean and unique. I had some problems with the mattress in the room, but the manager did his best to fix it. Excellent location. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. We are planning to stay here again next year. "
