"When we got to the heron house and got to our room it was clean. During our stay the only thing that was done we were given clean towels. Our floor was not swept or mopped. The staff when we arrived on a Wednesday was wonderful. He was accommodating and very pleasant. Now on Friday the gentleman that was on during the day was a little rude. I asked about happy hour and he said oh he forgot and he was leaving. Saturday was only a pitcher of as he put it cheap sangria. Not impressed. The outdoor pool was very nice. We weren’t concerned with parking as we had no car. All in all the heron house is just ok for the money they charge. "

"I liked the location. But the hotel Manager was very insensitive to the fact that our hot water was not working and wifi was in and out - mainly out. When I approached the manager he was not very focused on making us happy or reimbursing us for the 1 night of cold water and no wifi. I emailed the owners of this hotel and they did not even respond. Pretty bad customer care. I "

"The property appears to be beautiful but I found many live roaches and the staff and management did not seem concerned, Beautiful restaurant but the food was just OK. Poolside bartenders and servers were not good at all."
