"Thank you for providing such a great and well-maintained place to stay. The lower suite was perfect for my needs, with all amenities included—a complete kitchen and a comfortable couch to relax on. The thoughtful touches, like the chocolate bar and small candies, were very much appreciated. Communication was quick and helpful, with fast responses to any questions I had. The location is excellent—close to shopping, fast food, grocery stores, and Shoppers Drug Mart, yet far enough off the main road to enjoy quiet, restful nights. It also offers easy highway access for commuting anywhere you need to go. Super friendly hosts and a well-run spotless rental space. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful place to call home when you’re away. Perfect for both short and long stays!"

"Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. We actually ended up leaving a day early as a change in our circumstances made it possible. Although it was tidy and superficially clean it was in need of a thorough / deep clean. For example lots of items coming out of the kitchen cupboards were not properly clean and had to be washed before it could be used. Initially the host was response but disappointingly stopped communicating when it became apparent it was not something that could be fixed with a quick clean. We also raised it with VRBO who assured us they were going to follow up with the host. Disappointingly we are also still waiting on a response from them. It is a really big and spacious house which could work well for larger groups.I would not say luxurious. Overall feel is more family than luxury for example bedding etc. is not hotel standard more what one expect to find in the average family home. "

"Our group of fpur stayed at this property. We really appreciated the large, comfortable space, cozy beds, and the quiet, safe neighborhood. However, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable.For a rental listed to accommodate seven people, there should be enough large towels, face towels, dishes, and seating for everyone. The dining table only had four chairs, which makes it difficult for a large family to have meals together. The listing also mentioned a dishwasher, but there was a note asking not to use it — if it’s not available, that should be stated clearly. There were also no dish towels provided.The house was not as clean as we expected, with dusty corners and dirty mirrors. The fireplace wasn’t working, even though it was advertised as an amenity. The ad also said shampoo would be available, but there was none.Additionally, the numerous signs posted throughout the house (“take shoes off,” “turn tap off,” etc.) made the stay feel a bit unwelcoming. After sharing constructive feedback with the host, the only response we received was repeated comments about a missing towel — which we absolutely did not take.Overall, the home has potential and we enjoyed the space and comfort, but the experience could be much improved with better attention to cleanliness, accuracy in the listing, and a more welcoming approach to guests."
